We had an amazing stay at this luxury villa. The villa itself is beautiful, spacious, and exceptionally clean, with breathtaking views that made our stay truly memorable. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind.

What impressed us the most was the outstanding service provided by the entire team. Every staff member was professional, friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. They went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our stay was perfect.

The facilities were excellent, the surroundings were stunning, and the hospitality was second to none. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable experience. Die Villa mit eigenem Pool bot eine atemberaubende Aussicht und eine ruhige Lage. Das Bad war wunderschön, mit einer Dusche unter freiem Himmel. Leider konnten wir bei Regen kaum die Terrasse genießen, da man nass wurde. Es wäre sinnvoll, einen Teil der großen Terrasse regensicher zu gestalten, um sie auch bei Regen nutzen zu können. Das Frühstück war etwas enttäuschend. Es musste am Vorabend bestellt werden, am besten mit Uhrzeitangabe. Das Frühstück wurde dann in Frischhaltefolie in die Villa gebracht. Der Latte war etwas dünn, aber die Bowls waren lecker. Trotz dieser kleinen Mängel war es insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt.

It was a nice and lovely stay! We chose an ocean villa, but it would be okay to go with the garden one, since they are the same but on a different height from the ground.

Now about pros and cons:
+ very nice and quiet location, no roads or constructions around
+ amazing view
+ 15-20 minutes away from beaches, cafes, surf spots
+ beautiful bedrooms, gigantic bed, 220 сcentimeters wide
+ beautiful bathrooms, could be perfect for making photos
+ everything is clean, fresh, new
+ all of bathroom kits are provided
+ fresh water everyday, plus boiling water available in water cooler on villa
+ nice and clean pool, with a beautiful view
+ TV in each bedroom
+ there is a kitchen, couple of plates and cutlery

-not comfy common area
-not enough space for 4 people at the dining table
-no TV in the common area. But we handle it with turning one TV from first bedroom
-two sunbeds, although villa for four people
-two sofas at terrace
-disappointing breakfast (after first try, we skipped it at all)
-disappointing lunch/dinner (after first try, never try it again)
-although there is a kitchen, you wouldn’t able to cook anything, as there is no salt, pepper, oil, sugar, knifes for cooking
-for two-bedroom villa there is only one key

Absolutely fantastic place to visit, very remote with a nice view and well maintained grounds. We enjoyed our short stay with our children & we were thoroughly relaxed when we left. We had an unforgettable stay at Khaya Luxury Villas, especially in the 2 Bedroom Ocean View Villa. The villa is spacious, beautifully designed, and offers a breathtaking ocean view that can be enjoyed directly from the private pool and living area.

Both bedrooms are very comfortable with high-quality bedding, ensuite bathrooms, and excellent privacy—perfect for families or friends traveling together. The private pool overlooking the ocean was definitely the highlight of our stay, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sunset.

The staff were exceptionally warm, attentive, and professional, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The location is peaceful and exclusive, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway while still being accessible to popular areas in Nusa Dua
